Place of Progress offer both paid and voluntary positions that provides an opportunity for staff to make a difference in children and young peoples lives. Our organisation believe in working professionally, with compassion, prepared to challenge, but also nurture.

Recruitment

We are continuing to expand our services into new locations, therefore require professionals with the relevant skills, experience and attitude to join our team of dedicated staff to ensure that the needs of all young people are met.

 

Most of our homes operate on a 24/7 basis therefore applicants must be flexible and willing to work shift patterns that include weekdays, nights, and weekends.

Floating Support Worker - Gillingham

Volunteers

Place of Progress recognise the value that volunteers bring to the organisation. To be a volunteer, direct experience is not necessary, what is required are transferrable skills coupled with the desire to contribute in order to make positive change.

 

Volunteers need to be professional and passionate with a can-do attitude. It is a rewarding role, knowing that you are making a positive difference in a child or young person’s life.
