Bianca Andrew MSc

Founder & Director


Bianca has worked in Social Care since 2006, when she joined HM Prison Service as a Trainee Psychologist, providing 1:1s and group interventions to care experienced young and adult offenders. She then moved to providing targeted support to pregnant teenagers and teenage parents, engaging with prolific offenders & arranging community drug treatment and managing commissioned supported housing services within the homeless sector.

Idris is a qualified Social Worker, having obtained his degree at Brunel University in 2010. He has worked in a range of statutory and non statutory organisations and brings with him a wealth of experience having specialised in Safeguarding and mental health.

Support Worker


Sherina gained her Health and Social Care qualification in 2014 and Youth Work qualification in 2018. As a trainee Youth Leader she facilitated groups and activities and has a particular interest in working with girls affected by gangs and child sexual exploitation (CSE).

Shikira has a foundation degree in Counselling, certificates in Play Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She has worked as a School Counsellor providing pastoral services to 11-16 years old, facing challenges in their home and personal life. She has created a safe space and promoted their social-emotional development.

Luke has worked in a Day Service and Supported Living for young people with care needs due to their Autism, ADHD, PTSD and Learning Difficulties. He engages well with young men who are disengaged and excluded from mainstream, providing support with education, employability skills, coaching and mentoring to promote a strong sense of self.

Ibrahim has his qualifications in Youth Work and Play Work and has worked with young people for several years, in both voluntary and educational settings. 

He enjoys engaging with young people through personal training, sport, activities and outings and offering 1:1 support to those with additional needs.

Calum has a degree in Music Production and started his Level 3 in Health and Social Care in May

2021. He has demonstrated great skill in engaging with young people through music (producing and recording) and those with mental health needs, giving them the time and patience needed to achieve positive outcomes.

Chino has worked in Semi Independent accommodation provisions since 2020, supporting young people aged 16+ to develop a range of independent living skills. He provides the pro-social modelling that is needed, helping to achieve outcomes they can be proud of.

Support Worker


Verlona has worked in Social Care for a long time, having completed her Level 2 in Health and Social Care in 2014. She has a lovely way of working with young people, often adopting a  calm and nurturing approach, earning trust and helping to develop their confidence. 


Based: POP Bexley and POP Redbridge.
