Bianca Andrew MSc

Founder & Director

 

Bianca has worked in Social Care since 2006, when she joined HM Prison Service as a Trainee Psychologist, providing 1:1s and group interventions to care experienced young and adult offenders. She then moved to providing targeted support to pregnant teenagers and teenage parents, engaging with prolific offenders & arranging community drug treatment and managing commissioned supported housing services within the homeless sector. 

Shade

Operations Manager 

Shade has over 30 years Local Government experience in roles such as Housing Officer, Investigations Manager and Team Leader. She also worked for a short time as a Homicide Caseworker supporting families with a range of support needs.

Zoe

Operations Manager 

Zoe has several years experience working with young people and adult with learning disabilities and is passionate about developing and coaching new staff to provide the highest standards of support to our clients.

Ibrahim

Senior Support Worker

 

Ibrahim has his qualifications in Youth Work and Play Work and has worked with young people for several years, in both voluntary and educational settings. 

He is brilliant at engaging with young people through personal training, sport, activities and outings and offering 1:1 support to those with additional needs.

Ama

Senior Support Worker

 

Ama's skills lie in supporting children and young people with EBD and those experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

 

He engages well with young boys who are disengaged and excluded from mainstream, providing support with education and activities in a nurturing way, while also promoting a strong sense of self.

Verlona

Support Worker

 

Verlona has worked in Social Care for a long time, having completed her Level 2 in Health and Social Care in 2014.

She has a lovely way of working with young people, often adopting a  calm and nurturing approach, earning trust and helping to develop their confidence.

Support Worker

 

Lorita has years of experience having worked in Residential caring for and supporting a number of children and young people.

She has demonstrated great skill in engagement, maintaining boundaries and being a listening ear during times of mental health crisis.

Beverley

Senior Support Worker

Beverley holds a wealth of skills and experience and works tirelessly to develop the independent skills of our young people. 

Beverley's nurturing approach has been well received and helped achieved fantastic outcomes.

Chris

Support Worker

 

Chris is relatively new to Social Care, however has made significant impact with young people at risk of CCE.

 

He is honest, relatable and well respected by our young males.

Harry

Senior Support Worker

 

Henry holds a BA in Health and Social Care Management and Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. 

He is very experienced in working with young people with emotional and behaviour disorders and supporting teams to deliver against objectives.

Emmanuella

Support Worker

 

Emmanuella has qualifications in Sociology and Psychology and a genuine passion for supporting young people from all walks of life. 

Emmanuella has been integral in helping to establish a warm, homely environment for young people from difficult backgrounds.

Shereem

Support Worker

 

Shereem takes lead on supporting our young females who may have experience of sexual exploitation and be experiencing low self esteem and trauma.

Rosslyn

Support Worker

 

Having worked in and managed services for those with Autism and learning disabilities, Rosslyn is particularly skilled at supporting our young people with higher support needs.

Femi

Support Worker

 

Femi has excellent links and relationships with training providers and recruiters and supports our young people to take up meaningful activities through education, training and employment.

Mayra

Support Worker

Mayra is studying to be a mental health nurse and supports our young people at weekends with practical tasks such as food shopping, cooking, cleaning and attending appointments.
