Bianca Andrew MSc
Nominated Individual & Registered Service Manager
Bianca has worked in Social Care since 2006, when she joined HM Prison Service as a Trainee Psychologist, providing 1:1s and group interventions to care experienced young and adult offenders. She then moved to providing targeted support to pregnant teenagers and teenage parents, engaging with prolific offenders & arranging community drug treatment and managing commissioned supported housing services within the homeless sector.

Operations Manager: Bexley & Barking

Shade has over 30 years Local Government experience in roles such as Housing Officer, Investigations Manager and Team Leader. She also worked for a short time as a Homicide Caseworker supporting families with a range of support needs.
Zoe
Operations Manager: Rainham & Gillingham
​
Zoe has several years experience working with young people and adults with learning disabilities and is passionate about developing and coaching new staff to provide the highest standards of support to our clients.
Michelle
Operations Manager: Hillingdon & Slough
​
Michelle has worked in Social Care for 15+ years in various capacities including Personal Advisor, Team Manager within Mother & Baby unit and Service Manager of Supported Housing for young people in care.
Ibrahim
Support Worker: Hillingdon

Ibrahim has his qualifications in Youth Work and Play Work and has worked with young people for several years, in both voluntary, statutory and educational settings.
He takes lead on Health and Safety owing to his experience in hostel management.
Shereem
Support Worker: Hillingdon

Shereem takes lead on supporting our young females who may have experience of sexual exploitation and be experiencing low self esteem and trauma.
Previously worked as a Foster Carer through a Local Authority.
Femi

Femi has excellent links and relationships with training providers and recruiters and supports our young people to take up meaningful activities through education, training and employment.

Chris has 2 years experience in Social Care and has made significant impact with young people engaged in gangs, county lines and other high risk behaviours.
